    From an Excel sheet, one by one or by connecting your system through the API. When someone pays, you mark it and the sequence stops.

  • A call that confirms who it's talking to

    The voice agent asks for the person before talking about the debt. The amount is only mentioned once their identity is confirmed.

  • Payment promises recorded

    If the customer says "I'll pay on Friday", Nely notes it and won't write again until that date.

  • "I already paid" goes to you

    When someone says they already paid, Nely pauses the collection and lets you know so you can confirm it. It never marks a payment as done on its own.
