Delete your account and your data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account from Nely (the Nely.ai app, operated by Nely Labs C.A.) and the data associated with it.

Write to us from the email you used to register your account and we'll process the deletion.

How to request deletion of your account

  1. Send an email to hola@nely.ai from the email address you used to create your account.
  2. Use the subject "Delete my account".
  3. Include the nombre de tu negocio y el phone number associated with the account, so we can verify your identity.

We verify the request, delete your account, and send you an email confirmation when the process is complete.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently erase the information associated with it, including:

  • Your account and profile data (name, email, phone number).
  • Your business settings and your AI agent configuration.
  • Managed conversations and messages, and customer contacts stored in your account.
  • Usage data and preferences linked to your account.

What data we may retain and for how long

For legal and security obligations, we may retain certain information even after deleting your account:

  • Billing and transaction records: are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
  • Information required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer personally identify you.

Once the applicable retention period expires, this information is also permanently deleted or anonymized.

How long deletion takes

We process deletion requests and erase your account and data within a maximum period of 30 days from verification of your request. Copies that may exist in our backups are deleted in regular backup rotation cycles.

Account & data deletion (English summary)

To request deletion of your Nely account (Nely.ai app, operated by Nely Labs C.A.) and its associated data, email hola@nely.ai from the address you registered with, using the subject "Delete my account" and including your business name and the phone number linked to your account.

Deleted: your account and profile (name, email, phone), business and AI agent configuration, managed conversations and stored customer contacts, and usage data tied to your account.

Retained: billing and transaction records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law, information required by law or needed to prevent fraud and enforce our terms, and aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.

Timeframe: deletion is completed within 30 days of verifying your request; backup copies are purged during regular backup rotation.
