Our products and services operate under the following official trusted domains:

• nely.ai and all its subdomains (*.nely.ai)
• nely.app and all its subdomains (*.nely.app)
• nely.lat and all its subdomains (*.nely.lat)
• nely.cl and all its subdomains (*.nely.cl)

Any communication or service coming from domains other than those mentioned is not authorized by Nely.ai and must be reported immediately to our security team.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must maintain the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must notify us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.

5. WhatsApp Compliance

By using Nely.ai, you also agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policies. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your account on both platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

All rights, title, and interest in Nely.ai, including software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by Nely Labs C.A. and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Plans and Payments

7.1 Subscriptions

• Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your choice
• Payments are processed automatically on the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

7.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent activities
• You fail to pay applicable fees

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, without regard to conflicts of law.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in accordance with Venezuelan Commercial Arbitration Law.

These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Nely Labs C.A. regarding the use of Nely.ai.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
